The morning program's new segment, MONTEL IN THE MORNING, features talk show host Montel Williams surprising Good Day New York viewers on site at their homes.
Ramon Rosa wrote a letter to Fox5 to tell Montel that he'd never properly proposed to his wife of 25 years.
